We also offer GAP insurance, often for a fraction of the cost at the dealership. If you've already financed with a dealer, we can refinance your loan and save you money!
Home Purchase & First Mortgage Loans
Financial Educators is now offering home purchase and First Mortgage loans for qualified borrowers. If you're looking to buy a home, or refinance your home to access equity, we can lend up to 95% of the appraised value of your home. Similar to other loans, we will work as hard as we can to get your loan approved. Further, you will find our process to be a breeze compared to other lenders. You will work with one staff member through the entire process!
Personal Loans
Once a loan application has been filled out and is on file with the credit union, a member may apply for a loan by phone, online or by fax.

Home Equity Loans
In order to qualify, applicants must complete a Home Equity Application which is available at DSC’s Daytona Beach campus in Building 300, Room 122. In addition, members will need to provide verification of income as well as provide a copy of the warranty deed. We will lend up to 80% of the appraised value of the home.
Line of Credit Loans
An LOC Loan is different from a signature loan in that you can access it by wrting a check from your checking account or seeing a teller. The current maximum amount available for LOC loans is $10,000 with payments of $3 per $100 borrowed. To apply for your Line of Credit Loan, stop by the credit union on the DSC’s Daytona Beach campus in Building 300, Room 122.
You must withdraw $100 or more when accessing your LOC Loan and it must be renewed on an annual basis.
